These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the bryxenaro.com website, operated by Bryxenaro S.R.L. (CUIT 30-71834562-4), with legal domicile at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 7, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.
1. Purpose
The site offers information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina and allows you to subscribe to informational communications through a newsletter form. The site does not constitute a public offer of securities nor financial, legal or tax advice.
2. Registrations and licences
Bryxenaro S.R.L. is registered with the General Inspection of Justice (IGJ) under No. 1,987,542, Book 158, Volume — of Limited Liability Companies, and registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV) as a Crowdfunding Platform under No. 43, in accordance with Law 27,349 and its supplementary rules.
3. Use of the site
By using the site you commit to doing so in good faith, respecting the applicable regulations and without carrying out activities that may affect the operation of the service, the security of other users or the rights of third parties.
4. Risks
Participation in real estate crowdlending projects involves risks. Results depend on how each project evolves, on the real estate market, on the Argentine macroeconomic context and on other factors beyond Bryxenaro's control. We do not guarantee specific results or returns.
5. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (trademarks, logos, texts, images, code) are the property of Bryxenaro S.R.L. or their respective owners and are protected by Argentine and international law. Their total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bryxenaro will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the site. Contents are offered "as is", for informational purposes.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions. The current version will be published on this same page with the last update date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new conditions.
