At Bryxenaro S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Bryxenaro", "we") we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Bryxenaro S.R.L., CUIT 30-71834562-4, with legal domicile at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 7, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is the controller of your data. You can contact us at hola@bryxenaro.com to exercise your rights.
2. What data we collect
We collect contact data that you provide (name and email) through the newsletter subscription form, as well as technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser and pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to: (i) send you communications about real estate crowdlending projects, (ii) answer your queries, (iii) measure site usage and improve our services, and (iv) comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your free, express and informed consent, given when you subscribe and when you accept cookies.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active or a relationship with Bryxenaro exists, and for the applicable statutory limitation periods. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to hola@bryxenaro.com.
5. Transfers and international transfers
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share them with technology providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as data processors under strict confidentiality agreements. When an international transfer applies, it will be made to countries with an adequate level of protection or through contractual clauses approved by the AAIP.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing, in accordance with Law 25,326. You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@bryxenaro.com. The AAIP, located at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 2, CABA, is the supervisory authority and you may file complaints before it.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is completely secure, so we also recommend good safeguarding practices on your side.
8. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will be published on this same page with the last update date.
